SCROLL TO EXPLORE PORTFOLIO / 2026

01 / SELECTED WORK

Less friction.
More impact.

Tools and workflows built around the people
keeping an organization running.

AUTOMATION / INTERNAL TOOLING

Operations,
connected.

I independently built an AI-assisted application that brings ticketing, employee lifecycle tasks, and asset workflows into one place. It is used across our security operations staff.

CONCEPTUAL VIEW

BUILT TO MAKE WORK FLOW

From repetitive steps
to repeatable workflows.

The application connects Zendesk, Rippling, Linear, GCP, Microsoft Graph tooling, command-line workflows, and LLM agents. It currently runs locally through a proxy.

Voice-driven notes are condensed into the team’s documentation format. A two-click offboarding workflow replaces multiple terminal commands, approximately halving execution time. Asset procurement, recovery, inventory, and team goal tracking sit alongside daily support work.

02 / ONBOARDING AUTOMATION

15MIN BEFORE3–5MIN AFTER

A better start.
With less manual work.

Automated part of the onboarding workflow, reducing processing time by approximately 67–80% per hire while supporting 6–15 new hires each week.

Timing applies to the automated workflow, not all onboarding.

03 / SECURITY COMPLIANCE

Follow-through,
built in.

Built a separate onboarding compliance automation that identifies missing requirements, sends scenario-specific Slack reminders, and removes temporary exemptions once standards are met.

Public overview; internal procedures are intentionally omitted.

02 / ABOUT ME

Technology works better
when people do.

I’m Matthew, a Los Angeles-based security support specialist working remotely at TRM Labs.

My work sits where security, systems, and people meet: keeping identities and devices compliant, improving employee lifecycle workflows, and building practical tools for the team.

I’m also a point of contact for operational questions and ideas, and have mentored two teammates. I bring the same approach to both: make the next step clearer.
